Founder's Message

“As the founder of Riber HR, I am on mission to change work and workplaces….to make the UK the most desirable place to work in the world.

In the 19th century, Britain was known as the workshop of the world and was envied for its innovation. In the 21st century, it has the potential to be great again, to be the workplace of the world with innovative employment and HR practices driving great business and built on great talent.

My unique perspective on HR and workplace culture is built on 20 years’ experience of strategic and operational HR across a range of sectors. Having worked for several years with big-brand companies such as BT and O2 and as a HR Director in a highly-successful AIM-listed businesses, I have an intuitive grasp of how to link HR practice to business strategy and success.
