  • Creation of a bespoke HR Plan: proactive guidance and support in the areas that matter to you and your business.
  • Review of your recruitment and on-boarding practices.
  • Annual review of your employee development agenda.
  • Review of your employment contracts and handbook.

Businesses with 10+ employees who want to take a more proactive approach to their HR and people agenda.

3. HR ACCELERATOR

  • All the features from our HR Accent Package PLUS the following:
  • Managed HR Plan (including dedicated time ‘on site’ working with you and your team on the areas that matter to you and your business).
  • Review & refresh of employment contracts and handbook.
  • Implementation of a structured performance & appraisal system (based around regular 1:1s and checking-in conversations).
  • Annual employee engagement survey.
  • Training for your team in equality and diversity.
